Residents and Fellows are urged to read this article which appeared in the April 2017 issue of Dermatology Times. While much attention and effort is focused on the mechanics of practice during training, in the aesthetic specialties, in particular, the “care and management” of the patient is equally important in developing a satisfying, gratifying and productive career. There are some wise “rules of the road”, contained within. Ignore them at your own peril.
